Cain's fake campaign?

Is Mark Block, Herman Cain's campaign manager, the Max Bialystock of the 2012 presidential campaign? That seems to be the most compelling explanation of his ad for Cain. Coupled with the fact that Cain has no campaign organization in the early primary states and spends much of his time on the campaign trail selling books, it suggests that the Cain campaign is the political version of Springtime for Hitler. This time the little old lady investors are the contributors supporting Block's paycheck and helping Cain increase his speaker fees.

On second thought, maybe Cain is Bialystock and Block is Leon Bloom.
