More email from fake academic publishers

A friend was recently complaining, with ample justification, about the unreasonable reply time he is experiencing from a top flight philosophy journal about his submission---on the order of 9 months and counting, with no response to a terribly polite email of inquiry he sent a week ago. Clearly, he is submitting to the wrong venues. Here's one which promises a 5-7 day "acceptance notification." or so I was notified by an email call for papers from the 'editor' with a hotmail address.

Unfortunately, the journal in question is the bogus
International Journal of Education and Social Science (IJESS) is a monthly online, peer-reviewed and open-access journal which is published by Research Institute for Progression of Knowledge (RIPK), UK. International Journal of Education and Social Science providing a platform for the researchers, academicians, professional, practitioners and students to impart and share knowledge in the form of high quality empirical and theoretical research papers, case studies, literature reviews and book reviews. International Journal of Education and Social Science welcomes and acknowledges high quality theoretical and empirical original research papers, case studies, review papers, literature reviews, book reviews, conceptual framework, analytical and simulation models, technical note from researchers, academicians, professional, practitioners and students from all over the world.
Whew. That's quite a load for this 'platform'. And did I mention that the issue in question is set to be published on Nov. 25?
