Colorful email from a fake academic journal

Today's email from a fake academic journal brings color:

What? Did our correspondent fail to notice IJERA is also indexed on Beall's list?
===============================================================
Impact factor of IJERA: 1.325 (
http://www.ijera.com/impact-factor.html)
IC Value (By Index Copernicus): 5.29
===============================================================
Submission Deadline: 15th March 2015

 I confess, the color did lift my spirits with thoughts of spring. But, it is still a scam.
