email from a new fake academic journal

Here's a new email solicitation for a fake academic journal International Journal of Arts and Humanities (not to be confused with Beall Listed International Journal of Art & Humanity Science) coming in from a hotmail address (hotmail? Is that still a thing?) published by the Beall-listed predatory publisher, Center for Global Research Development.
Call for paper
International Journal of Arts and Humanities
Submission open for October – 2015
International Journal of Arts and Humanities (IJAH) is a Bio-monthly online, peer-reviewed and open-access journal which is published by Center for Global Research Development (CGRD). Center for Global Research Development is an independent virtual Research Center has been working for creating and nurturing talents in USA and Bangladesh since its inception. CGRD delivering supports and services to education and research in all over the world.
Bio-monthly---kind of a foucauldian publication schedule.

What fields does this fake journal embrace? I'll quote from the email:
Anthropology, Archaeology, Applied Mathematics, Communication studies, Corporate governance, Criminology, Cross-cultural Studies, Demography, Development studies, Economics, Economic History, English Literature, Ethics, Geography, General Studies, History, Human Factor, Human Rights, Human Right Law, Human Resource Development, Human Computer Interaction, Human Studies, Industrial Relations, Information Sciences, Law, Linguistics, Library Science, Microbiology, Media Studies, Philosophy, Political Science, Population Studies, Psychology, Public administration, Sociology, Social Welfare, Statistics, Paralegal, Performing arts (music, theatre & dance), Religious studies, Visual arts, Women Studies, Translation Studies.
Do you find a lengthy review process for your submissions irritating? The International Journal for Arts and Humanities cuts through the annoying red tape of reviewing---your acceptance notice will be sent in return mail.
Date of Publishing: IJAH is inviting papers for Vol. 1 No. 3 which is scheduled to be published on October 31, 2015.
Acceptance Notification: Within 7-10 days from the date of manuscript submission
Submission deadline: September 25, 2015
The email comes with warm regards from Dr. Fletcher Smith, who google tells me is or was at one time adjunct at Wayland Phoenix University, where he teaches/taught all the history courses, Grand Canyon University, and Visiting at UMass Lowell. It is sent from the hotmail account of Ogugua Anunoby, the name, according to the first page of google hits, of a young basketball player.
